Adam Joseph Rivers is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SynthicSoft Labs LLC, a cybersecurity engineering firm focused on building unified, autonomous security ecosystems capable of defending modern digital environments. With more than two decades of real-world experience across cybersecurity, information security, and security engineering, Adam is known for designing practical, high-impact defensive systems that bridge the gap between modern threats and accessible, continuous protection.
In addition to leading SynthicSoft Labs, Adam is also the founder and CEO of Hello Security LLC, a cybersecurity services and vCISO firm established in 2022 and headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Through Hello Security, Adam has provided businesses with offensive and defensive security engineering, security program development, and custom-built security tooling. His work in the Midwest security community has earned recognition for emphasizing honesty, transparency, integrity, and a hands-on engineering approach to solving real security challenges.
Adam founded SynthicSoft Labs to push cybersecurity further. While Hello Security focused on delivering vCISO services and security augmentation to clients, SynthicSoft Labs represents the evolution of his long-term vision: a unified, autonomous security ecosystem engineered from the ground up. Under Adam’s leadership, SynthicSoft Labs designs and builds technologies across endpoint defense, network analytics, behavioral modeling, threat intelligence aggregation, system telemetry, rule automation, and real-time SOC operations.
As the primary architect behind platforms such as SynthicShield SOC, Adam oversees the engineering philosophy that guides the company’s products. His work blends deep technical experience with a commitment to practical innovation, resulting in systems that think contextually, act intelligently, and operate continuously without requiring constant human oversight.
